  2. You need 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. Use 2 large onions sliced thickly
  4. Provide 6 cloves of garlic
  5. You need 2 cup beef or chicken stock (broth)
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce

  1. Heat a deap pan over medium heat add olive oil and onions and cook for about 20mins on medium low stirring frequently till lightly caramelized.
