  2. You need plain flour for dusting
  3. Provide sea salt and black pepper
  4. Take beef dripping or vegetable oil
  5. Provide tomato paste/puree
  6. Get 4 large onions
  7. Use 4 carrots, peeled
  8. Use 2-3 garlic cloves
