  1. Prepare 800 g (approximately) beef Brisket
  2. Prepare to taste Salt and pepper
  3. You need 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. You need 1 beef stock cube
  5. Provide 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  6. Get 1 1/2 cups red wine
  7. You need 1 large onion, sliced
  8. Use 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  9. You need 2 dried bay leaves

  1. Remove string from the Brisket and season well with salt.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan and brown on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
