  10. In a cooking pan add two table spoons of butter. After it melts add four table spoons of the all purpose flour mixture. After it forms a paste, add milk gradually till it forms the right consistency of a thick mixture.
  11. For the guacamole, slice avocado, two small tomatoes and one onion. Add salt and squeeze in one lemon. You can add persley if you want. The food is now ready to serve
