  1. Provide 1 cup, Macaroni-uncooked
  2. Prepare 1-2 Carrot-, shredded

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Once it done rinse under cold water, and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the carrots, onion,green pepper, red pepper, and celery. Mix in the mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar powder, vinegar, salt and pepper.
