- Use 1 cup coconut milk (dice coconut n blend, sieve out milk)

- Peel n dice yam wash, pour coconut milk in a pot on medium high heat. when it start boiling put in yam don't over cook, keep aside.
- Put another pot on fire add palm oil, pour in onions n fry for 5 minutes, then pour in blended tomatoes n pepper fry till oil comes up.
- Than pour in chicken stock cover n let it boil for 5 minutes then pour in yam n coconut milk, add your crayfish n maggi n stir cover let it cook till tender(soft)
- Lastly add your alaihu or ugwu simmer it for some minutes. Then enjoy.
