- Provide 500 ml 100% apple juice
- Use 50 grams Sugar
- Get 40 ml Lemon juice
- Get Meringue
- Use 1 ◎ Egg white

- Pour apple juice in a freezer-safe bowl.
- Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well with a whisk to dissolve the sugar.
