- Prepare 1 and a half cups castor sugar
- You need 4 large eggs (whites only)
- You need 1 teaspoon cornstarch

- Having put the oven to pre-heat (gas mark 9) put the pavlova mixture covered with greaseproof paper - and put mine in a circle slightly mounded in the middle. Once in the oven turn the gas down to its lowest setting cook for an hour and a half. Leave pavlova in the oven to cool.
