- Wash d beef,clean wt clean kitchen cloth,cut in 3places not a deep cut
- Add d marintes first inside all d cuts and finally rub d beef all over it d marinating sauce.
- Place d marinated beef on a BBQ wire,with medium heat,allow to cook for gud 30munites while u turn it from time to time.
- While I slowly smoke my beef I prepare my Beetroot sauce.and Beetroot drink.
- For d beetroot sauce,I wash and cuts my tomatoes,onions and peppers,on a hot griller/toster I add d cuts,wt garlic allow to roast for 7-8munites
- I later add d Olive oil on to a hot pan, throw all d grilled cuts,add d seasoning,grated beetroot,cuts spring onions stir well and lastly add d veniger,stir,coverand take off d heat
- For d beetroot drinks a wash,cuts d beetroot and ginger,add in to a blender add ice Cubes,sugar and samoe water blend well and sieve
- After 30munites of grilling,I take.d beef off d heat,cut in 3places and take bake to d heat rubbing butter all d over.d beef from both sides,and take d beef after 20 gud munites and serve.
