  3. You need 1 dozen shitake mushrooms
  4. Use 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
  5. Take 1 1/2 stick of lightly salted butter. ( do not use margarine)
  6. You need 1 box penne pasta
  7. Take 5 cup shredded parmisan cheese

  1. Heat a large pot of water to boil. add penne pasta cook untill tender. drain and set aside.
  2. Remove smoke Turkey from bone cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Clean and slice mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. combine smoked Turkey mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a large skillet. cook on Med/ low heat, untill heated thoroughly and mushrooms are tender. set aside
  4. Pour entire carton of heavy whipping cream and 1 1/2 sticks of butter into a large pot or wok. Heat untill boiling. immidiately reduce heat to low, quickly stir in 1 cup parmesan cheese. Stir constantly! ( if you do not stir or if heat is too high cheese will sink to the bottom and burn. continue adding cheese 1 cup at a time untill cheese is melted and blended. note: cheese may not melt completely this is ok
  5. Combine smoked Turkey, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese sauce and penne pasta. stir and serve.
