The ingredients needed to make Effortless Popovers:
- Get 60 g flour
- Use Pinch sugar
- Prepare Pinch salt
- Get 2 eggs
- Prepare 50-60 ml milk
- Use 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions to make Effortless Popovers:
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Preheat the oven 210 degree.
- Mix egg, milk and oil together.
- Add flours gently. Mix all together until it becomes smooth.
- Pour the dough in the pan - I use the pan for small muffins 😉
- Bake them for about 13 min with 210 degree (don't open no matter what!)
- Then stop the heat. Leave it for 3 min. Next, turn the degree into 160 and bake for more 10 min. (This is the pic of popovers after 13 min with 210 degree!)
- Done! Serve with soup, salad or meat… or you can put jam to enjoy your tea time! :D
- This is when I failed… 😭Tips: If you make mistake in temperature… popovers don't pop up. Make sure you preheat the oven as 210 degree.
