  1. Use 1 kg King Edward Potatoes
  2. Take 500 grams Lean Steak Mince Meat
  3. Use 6 tbsp Milk

  2. Peel & boil potatoes, drain potatoes in collinder, then add milk & butter to pot, reheat until butter has melted. place boiled potatoes back in pot and mash well
  3. Chop onion, mushroom, pepper & carrotts, crush garlic
  4. In new pot add olive oil bring to low heat, add carrotts, onion, pepper, mushrooms & garlic fry for 5 mins
  5. Add lean mince meat & beef stock to onion, mushroom & carrott mix pot. stir well & cook until meat is brown, 15 mins
  6. Place meat mixture into oven baking dish, cover with mash potatoes & sprinkle over grated cheese
  7. Place on middle oven shelf for 30 mins until surface is golden brown
