Even just a sole flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great improvement to your system.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

  3. Use 1/2 tsp baking powder

  5. You can skip the nonstick spray on the waffle iron - the oil in the batter will allow the waffles to release easily.(Vintage cookware would be an exception)
