- Method: In a Kadai put oil and splutter some mustard seeds then saute onions, green chillies, ginger/garlic paste then add garam masala, curry powder, pepper powder, salt and saute it. After the raw smell goes add the Banana flower and saute it then add the mashed sweet potato and mix well, next turn of the flame & after it cools down roll it out into patties.
