  3. Take a pan add oil. Add jeera, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf
  4. Add crushed garlic and onion. Cook it on low flame.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook it on low flame. Add all the masalas and cook till oil starts ozzing out
  6. Add mashed mixture of potatoes, cauliflower and Brinjal
  7. Add salt and 1/2 glass water. Mix it well. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, butter and chopped onion.
