- You need Mushrooms (Portobello or White)
- Get can of lump crab meat
- Use Italian bread crumbs
- Get garlic minced
- Prepare butter (half stick)
- Take extra virgin olive oil
- Prepare small yellow onion finely chopped
- Provide green onions finely chopped
- Take Parmesan grated cheese
- Use Paprika

- Preheat Oven 400 degrees. Clean and remove stems from mushroom and reserve 1/4 cup. Cut mushroom stems finely. With a tea spoon remove some on the inside of the mushroom to make room for filling.
