- Take 8 ounces green beans or asparagus, ends trimmed, cut in half crosswise
- Prepare 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
- Use 1 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

- Use 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Take 1 tsp sugar
