- Use 2 slices grilled Black pudding
- You need 1 Egg
- Prepare 1 sesame seeded Bagel

- When the sausage is grilled but the sausage in half down the length.
- Black pudding grilled and 2 slices cut in half also
- Slice the bagel across the middle then Lightly toast the Bagel and butter both halves
