- Use 4 slice Bacon
- Provide 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Prepare 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- Prepare 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- Provide 3 large Egg
- Prepare 2 tbsp White Vingear
- Prepare 1/2 large Red Onion

- In large bowl mix Jiffy cornbread mix, 1 large egg,and sautéed red pepper and red onion. Add to cornbread mixture to desired greased baking pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400°F until corn bread is golden brown.
