- Take 1 head garlic
- Prepare Drizzle of olive oil
- Use 1/2 (400 g) can of butter beans, drained and rinsed
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp truffle oil + 1 tsp or so to serve
- Provide Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Take sea salt and ground white or black pepper

- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Peel the papery bits off the garlic - but leave the cloves in their skins. Chop the tops off. Place in a piece of silver foil in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the garlic in the foil. Cook for about 35 mins in the oven.
