  1. Prepare 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. Provide 8 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  3. Use 1/2 cup Pepperjack cheese, shredded
  4. Take 4 tbsp Green onion, chopped
  5. Use 8 pieces Bacon

  1. Cut chicken into 8 equal size pieces. Pound breast so it is about 1/4" thick.
