  2. Take 30 g feta, diced into 1-2 cm pieces
  3. You need 20 g shred fennel
  4. You need 1/4 tsp fennel seed, toasted and lightly crushed
  5. Use 30 ml olive oil
  6. Take 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  7. Prepare 2 strips shaved orange skin
