- Prepare 1 box of jumbo pasta shells. I use about 20 for this recipe.
- Use 1 lb Ground turkey or beef
- Take 4 oz Cream cheese
- Take 2 cup Grated cheddar or mozzarella
- You need 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- Provide 1 Garlic salt
Instructions to make Stuffed Shells:
- Cook shells, drain & let cool. Cook ground meat & add garlic salt to taste.
- Drain meat and mix with cream cheese, 1 cup of the grated cheese & about 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce.
- Stuff the shells with the filling & add to a baking dish with a little spaghetti sauce spread in the bottom. Add the rest of the sauce over the shells & spread 1 cup of grated cheese over the top. Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
