- Prepare 1/2 pound ground beef

- Prepare 20-22 jumbo shells
- Get 24 ounce garlic & herb spaghetti sauce

- Take 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Take 4 oz cream cheese
- Provide 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
