  1. Use 20 each jumbo shells
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup salsa
  3. Prepare 1 cup taco sauce
  4. Provide 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Provide 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. Take filling
  7. Provide 1 lb ground beef
  8. Prepare 1 packages taco seasoning
  9. Take 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions to make Mexican stuffed shells:
  1. Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning. Prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Set aside and let cool.
  2. While cooking hamburger, prepare shells according to directions. Drain and separate on a cookie sheet to avoid sticking.
