- Provide 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- Prepare Salt for boiling water
- Get 1 (32 ounce)container ricotta cheese
- You need 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- You need 1 box (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- Take 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Take 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Take 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Use 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Take 1 teaspoon oregano
- Get 1 jar your favorite pasta sauce
- Provide Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
Instructions to make Spinach Stuffed Shells:
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain well……
- In a bowl combine : mozzarella cheese, thawed and drained spinach, Parmesan cheese, lightly beaten eggs, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano, mix all well…..
- In a large baking pan spread about 1/2 cup of your pasta sauce at the bottom of pan…….

- Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes…….
