  1. Prepare 200 grams Anko (tsubu-an)
  2. Use 50 grams Vegetable oil
  3. Take 100 grams Cake flour
Instructions to make Easy Anko Cookies:
  1. Use a rubber spatula to combine the anko with vegetable oil, then add the flour and mix to an even consistency.
  2. Use your hands to form them into your desired shape and size. I roll them into little balls…
