- Use 3 pounds country style ribs bone in
- Provide 1 quart apple juice
- Take 20 ounce can pineapple chunks in it's own juices
- Take To taste pink Himalayan salt
- Prepare 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Use 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

- Wash the ribs rinsing off any bone fragments. Sear the ribs on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
