The ingredients needed to prepare Carbonara:
  1. Provide 1 box Pasta (bucatini is my favorite)
  2. Prepare 3/4 lb Bacon, diced
  3. Use 1 tbsp Oil
  4. Provide 1/4 cup Onion, sliced
  5. Use 1/4 cup Mushrooms, thick sliced
  6. Get 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  7. Get 2 Eggs, beaten
  8. Prepare Black pepper
Instructions to make Carbonara:
  1. Brown bacon to half-crispy.
  2. Boil noodles to taste.
  3. Add mushrooms and onions. Add extra oil if needed. Sauté until onions and mushrooms are browned.
  4. Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Add noodles to bacon/mushroom mixture. Sauté until all noodles evenly coated in mixture.
