- You need 60 g margarine
- Provide 80 g sugar
- Use 1 Tbsp chocolate liqueur
- Use 40 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- You need 60 g bitter chocolate
- Provide 200 g flour

Steps to make Chocolate Muffins:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Put the margarine into a bowl with sugar and mix together well.
- Add beaten eggs slowly and mix very well, then add the chocolate liqueur, the roughly chopped walnuts and chocolate to the mix.
- Sift the flour and baking powder, add them into a bowl, and mix roughly - a powdery texture is ok.
- Spread olive oil or margarine on the inside of the cupcake pan, or use silicon cups. Then pour in the mixture to half way up each cupcake cup to avoid over filling. Bake for 15 minutes and remove to a cooling rack - the muffins are best eaten warm. If completely cooled, heat in microwave for about 30 seconds. These are super yummy with vanilla ice cream.
- Note: I use GODIVA's for the chocolate liqueur.
