- For the cheese, pour one cup of water in a pot on medium heat. When the water gets hot, start pouring the milk powder sparsely and keep stiring until you pour all the powder and no lumps left, reduce the heat to low. Then start pouring the vinegar and keep stiring, the milk will start curdling.
- Strain the curdled milk in a fine sieve, then blend with some of the strained whey (drained water) so as not to get the curdled milk stick to my blender.
