- Use Refined flour (maida)
- Use Custard powder
- Take Butter (100g)
- Prepare Vanilla essence
- You need cashew nuts (Broken into small pieces)
- Take almond (Broken into small pieces)
- You need salt (If the butter is salty, skip adding salt)
- Use Baking powder
- You need Baking soda
- Take Milk
Steps to make Butter cookies:
- Take butter and castor sugar in a bowl and beat it with a blender till it become light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and beat well.
- Put refined flour, baking soda and baking powder into another bowl and mix it well with a spoon
- Mix this dry mixture in the butter and sugar mixture and add broken small pieces of cashew almonds into it.
- Knead the mixture by adding milk in it. Make small balls with your hands and press it with a fork.
- Take a baking tray, grease it with ghee or butter and put the prepared cookies in the tray.
- Preheat the Microwave in convention mode at 180°C
- Place the tray filled with cookies in the oven and set the oven to 180°C in convection mode for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take out the cookies from the oven and check, if the cookies are not golden brown, then check them for 2-3 minutes and bake till the edges turn golden brown.
