  1. Take 6 russet potato big
  2. Prepare 500 grams Minced meat (chicken or mutton)
  3. Use 2 onions
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

  7. Beat the eggs, roll the cutlets, then roll it in breadcrumbs and arrange in a plate, cover with kitchen tissue and keep for 20 mins.
  8. Keep a pan pour oil and fry the cutlet in a medium flame 2 at a time and keep it on the tissues to remove excess oil.
