- Get 11/2 lb bag of Dutch baby yellow potatoes
- Take 21/2 tbs olive oil

- Prepare 2 packs keilbasa or smoked sausage I use one of each

- Preheat oven - 400F
- Cut potatoes to bite size pieces

- Cut pepper into strips
- Combine oil and season ingredients into large bowl. Mix well

- Cover a 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan with tin foil and cover with a non-stick spray.
