- Prepare 1 lb Quality Italian Sausage
- Prepare 3 Garlic cloves, pressed
- Get 1 each Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper, cut into vertical strips
- Get 2 Sweet Onions, sliced
- Provide 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Use 24 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
- You need 3 pinch Crushed Red Pepper & Oregano

- Preheat oven to 400°
- Poke each Sausage with a Fork 4-5 times

- Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and peppers are tender about 30-40mins
