- Use 1 lb ground beef
- Get 2 green peppers
- You need 3 garlic cloves
- Provide 1 jar spaghetti sauce (26oz)
- Get 2 cup water
- Get 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- Provide 12 lasagna noodles (break one noodle into 3 parts)
- Prepare 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- Take dash soy sauce
- Use dash chicken bullion
- Take dash red chili flakes

- Prepare salt & pepper
- Use dash garlic salt
- Provide 4 tbsp vegetable oil
