- Provide 1 bowl boiled sweetcorn
- Get 1 chopped big onion
- Prepare 2 chopped tomatoes

- Use 1 bunch green coriander leaves

- Keep ready ingredients of green masala. Then grind it in a mixer grinder adding little water to a fine paste.
- Heat a oil in kadai. Then add chopped onion in it. Fry onion till it become light brown. When onion is light brown add chopped tomatoes in it. Fry tomatoes until it become soft.
- Then add green masala paste in it. Fry the paste in low flame till oil separate. When it is fried nicely add garam masala and salt and stir it.
- Then add little water to adjust the consistency of gravy. Gravy should be little bit thick. Let it boil. When it is boiling, add boiled sweetcorn in it. Mix it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve sweetcorn green masala with chapati, rice or pulav.
