  1. Take 1 onion
  2. Take 1 green bell pepper
  3. Take 1 red or yellow bell pepper
  4. Use 1 carrot
  5. Get 1 cup shredded cabbage
  6. You need 15 green beans
  7. Provide 6-8 baby cons
  8. Prepare 100 gram mushrooms
  9. Get 1/4 cup spring onion
  10. Get 3 tbsp olive oil
  11. You need 1/2 tbsp ginger
  12. Get 1/2 tbsp garlic
  13. Prepare 1 tsp green chilli
  14. Use 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  15. You need 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions to make Vegetable Stirfry:
  1. First of all parboil baby corn and green beans and cut them. Wash mushrooms and slice it. Wash and cut other vegetables into julienne or thin stripes.
  2. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add onion and bell peppers. Stirfry it for 2 minutes then add carrot and cabbage to it and again stirfry everything for another 2 minutes.
  3. Now add baby corn and green beans to it and stirfry for another 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Now take out all the vegetables in a bowl.
  4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies to it and saute it until it changes its colour. Now add chopped mushrooms to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Now add salt, pepper and soya sauce to it and mix everything well.
  5. To the mushrooms, add all other vegetables and give it a good stir. Cook for a minute on high heat and turn off the heat. Add chopped spring onion and mix.
  6. Vegetable stirfry can be served as a side dish with a portion of rice or noodles. It can be even eaten on its own as a light meal.
