The ingredients needed to cook Vegetable Daliya:
  1. Use Daliya
  2. Prepare water
  3. Provide Salt
  4. Prepare large onion (thin-sliced)
  5. Use Mix Vegetables(1 cup)
  6. Prepare Heeng
  7. Provide Cumin seeds
  8. Use Red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder
  9. Use mustard oil
Instructions to make Vegetable Daliya:
  1. Dry roast the dalia and now keep it aside. Now in the same cooker add 1 tbsp of mustard oil and a tsp of cumin seeds and roast for 1 minute.
  2. Now add sliced onion fry for 1 min now add veggies (cabbage peas, potato,capsicum,carrot)and fry for further 3 minutes.
  3. Now add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add daliya in it stir properly and close the lid of pressure cooker and allow it to whistles twice on medium flame and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
