- Take a pan, pour oil and and chicken with salt, pepper, crushed chili, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and vinegar.

- White sauce : melt butter in pan and add flour. Roast for a while
- Once it start change it color, add cheddar cheese. Gets melted and add milk, onion and capsicum
- Mix it well and add cooked chicken (I used half for white sauce and half for red) add thyme also
- Mix it well
- In another half, add onion, tomato and capsicum.
- Followed by sauces: chili garlic, bbq sauce and Worcestershire. Mix it and keep aside.
- Now take buns and cut into from two from the centre
- I apply pizza sauce on few buns and put red chicken.
