- You need oil

Steps to make Mantu:
- To make the first dough, add salt and oil in maida and mix well and add water gradually to make a medium soft dough
- For second dough add green food colour to the water, mix salt and oil to the maida and mix well, Now add gradually the green coloured water and knead the dough into a medium soft dough. Cover it and keep aside
- In a fry pan add oil add chicken keema sau
te for some time and add chopped cabbage and onion and garlic paste, saute for some time add salt and black pepper and chopped coriander leaves and keep aside to cool off - Now make cylinder shape with both the dough, roll the green dough into a long flat roti and keep the white dough cylinder on it. Cover the white dough with the green roti as shown in the picture
- Cut into small portions. Roll into small puri size shape
- Fill each puri with stuffing, close the puri as shown in the picture. Heat water in the steamer, apply little oil at the base of each Mantu and keep it in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes, serve with hot tomato sauce and pudina curd
