- Provide 6 tablespoon sugar syrup
- Take Handful mint leaves
- Use Soda of choice
- Prepare cubes Ice
- Provide Mango jelly mix
- Get 1 ripe mango(peeled nd blended)
- Prepare 1/4 cup milk
- Take 1 tbspn gelatin
- Provide 2 tbspn sugar(u can add more for sweetness)
- You need 4 tbspn lemon juice
- Use 2-3 tbspn sugar syrup
- Take 1 drop flavour choice(i use vanilah)
- You need 1 cup cold water
- Prepare cubes Ice
- Use Little drop of colour of choice,i use red
- Take Watermelon jelly mix
- Use 2 cup chopped watermelon
- Provide 1/4 cup water
- Prepare 1 tbspn sugar
- Get 1 tbspn cocoa powder(or brown food colour)
- Take 1 tspn gelatine
- You need 1/4 cup sugar syrup
- You need 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Take cubes Ice
Instructions to make 4 simple iftar drinks/mojito's:
- For your mango mojito,add in your mint leaves and some cut of lemon(for garnishing purpose),add in your sugar syrup,and lemon juice
- Mix,and add your mango puree and ice cubes
- Then add in your soda,serve chilled

- For your mango and melon mojito,add your mint leaves into your prepared cups,add in sugar syrup and lemon juice,and ice cubes,mix
- Then add in together at the same time your mango juice and melon, dont mix then add your soda to each cup and use a spoon and swirl,add more ice cubes and served chilled

- For the mango &melon jellymix,add your mango chunks+milk+sugar+flavour into your blender and blend
- Sieve nd add more sugar,nd gelatine
- Add water nd turn on heat,add ur drop of food colouring (is just to change the yellow colour)
- Keep whisking and untill it starts to boil,transfer into a container and allow to cool
- Fo the melon,add your melon+water and sugar,blend
- Transfer into a pan and add your cocoa powder,gelatine nd whisk
- Keep whisking untill it brings to a boil,transfer into a container and let it cool,after cooling refrigerate for good 4hrs(๐ฅunfortunately our light fucked up and mine was not able to firm up well๐ฅ๐ฅ)

- Cut into cubes as u can see the mango one fucked up๐ฅit completely become watery again due to inadequate light,but i used it like that
- For the rest of ur mango and melon u blend them untill puree nd sieve them,and here are all u need
- Add ur jello juice cubes
- To ur mango puree add,the measured lemon juice nd sugar syrup mix
- Repeat same with the melon
- Pour the prepared juices into each jello cubes glass,(add more sugar nd lemon juice if needed(i use the bottled lemon juice and it is extra sour๐so the sour taste made them taste better))and here is the mango jelli mix lookat how it mixeed up
