  1. Mix ingredients (all purpose flour, salt, oil) make soft dough by adding little by little water. Cover with muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes
  2. Take large mixing bowl mix the ingredients for filling (chicken, ginger, garlic, coriander, onion, salt, black pepper and grated cheese) mix well.
  3. Divide dough into 15 to 16 small portions. Shape them into balls and roll out thinly. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle. Bring all edges together to the centre, making small tight pleats.
  4. Pinch and twist the pleats to ensure that the momo is closed tightly. Steam in a steamer for about twenty minutes.
  5. Transfer it in plate and serve with red chilli garlic chutney
