- In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, ghee and salt by adding water. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes
- Heat a pan & add the chicken mince ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric chilli & garam masala powder. saute for few minutes & add the onions, green chillies & cook till water evaporates & mixture is dry. cool the mixture & add the mint coriander leaves.. !!
- Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls.roll out a a small roti.. Keep the stuffing in the center of the rounds. Place another rolled roti on top of the stuffing. Give a gentle press using the roller. the top and bottom chapattis should stick together.
