- Take 250 gm Maida or all purpose flour
- Take 1 tsp Instant yeast
- Prepare 1 tsp Salt

Steps to make Chicken shawarma:
- In a mixing bowl add maida, salt, oil and instant yeast.
- Knead a soft dough,cover and keep aside for 2 hours to get double.
- Boil chicken with salt, Green chilli paste, and ginger garlic paste.
- If chicken is boiled then shred it.
- In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions saute till light brown.
- Add, salt, spices, tomato and cook until soft.
- Add boiled and shredded chicken, mix well,cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool.
- Our dough has been puffed up, punch again and take medium sized ball, roll in medium roti.
- Heat tawa and cook roti on both sides, make all rotis like this.
- I have used homemade mayonnaise
- Now take one roti, apply mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of chicken, onion, carrot, sprinkle oregano,some chilli flakes and fold.
