- Take yeast
- Provide Sugar

- You need egg + 1 egg for egg wash

- Add sugar and yeast in half cup of warm water, mix and set aside for 10 minutes
- Take flour add milk powder & salt mix it well then add egg and oil mix again
- Add prepared yeast and sugar mixture and knead soft dough with lukewarm water place it in a large greased bowl wrap bowl with plastic wrap and place in a dark dry place for 1 hour to proof
- In a pan add oil,boiled shredded chicken and all spices on medium flame and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Add green pepper and olives sauté for another 2 minutes
- Now take out the dough punch down and knead a little bit and split dough into 8 pieces
- Take 1 piece of dough make a ball and and roll out with hand or u can use rolling pin
- Put chicken filling in the center of the dough add some cheese on top of the filling and seal the edges
- Make all buns like this let it rest for 10 minutes and preheat oven on 180C / 350F
- Put buns on a greased baking tray apply egg wash on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds and black seeds
- Bake buns in preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes
- Buns are ready to be served
