- Take (2 1/2 - 3 lb) beef brisket, trimmed
- Take onion salt
- Take garlic, cut in halves
- Use whole cloves
- Take apple jelly
- Provide dry white wine or white wine vinegar
- Provide brown mustard
- Get pepper
