  1. Take 4 Chicken breast cooked or 1 rotisserie diced or shredded
  2. Prepare to taste Garlic powder, onion powder, Salt and pepper
  3. You need Veggies of choice to add carrots, peas, broccoli or green beans
  4. Provide 2 cans cream of chicken
  5. Get 8 oz sour cream
  6. Prepare 1 box stove top stuffing I used chicken flavor
  7. You need 1 cup chicken broth
  8. Take 1/2 stick butter melted
Instructions to make Chicken and stuffing:
  1. Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray or a 13 × 9 inch baking dish if baking and pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Then add chicken and 1 to 1 1/2 cups veggies of choice. Add salt, pepper onion powder and garlic powder to taste and mix up.
  2. Mix sour cream with both cans cream of chicken and spread over chicken and vegetables and sprinkle stuffing on
  3. Mix melted butter with broth and evenly pour over top
  4. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours if using slow cooker
  5. Or bake for 35 to 40 minutes uncovered
