The ingredients needed to make Egg Rolls:
- You need 4 eggs
- Use As per taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Use 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
- Use 1/2 tsp Red chillipowder
- Provide 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

- Prepare As Required Cheese

Steps to make Egg Rolls:

- For omette first, break 4 eggs and beat them untill they are frothy.
- Now to that add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and any other spice that you like.
- Now take a small pan and Grease it with butter. Now to that add the egg mixture.
- When you notice that the omlette has started cooking and its surface is cooked don't flip it. First, add some pakoras/sausage or any other thing that you like.

- Now add some cheese over the added pakora/sausage.
- Now roll the omelette. Now divide the omlette using a sharp knife.
