The ingredients needed to prepare Cookies:
- Prepare Margarine
- Use All Purpose Flour
- Use icing sugar
- Use A little granulated sugar just for coating
Steps to make Cookies:
- Assemble your ingredients
- Measure the ingredients well.
- Mix margarine well then add Icing sugar beat till fluffy using mixer or cooking stick (though will take longer but the aftermath is worth it right😉)
- Add flour and mix well.
- Place the dough on clean surface and Knead the dough till its all mixed up well
- Use cling film to wrap it (I used this I just realised I had run out of cling film) As you wrap the dough, coat it with granulated sugar. Then freeze the dough for like 30mins or an hour Max. This is to help the dough not to crumble as you cut into shapes.
- Use knife to cut to required shape then arrange on baking tray (social distancing is key please follow the rules)
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins (kindly check so they don't burn)
